A reduced garden berry will surprise you – make it the easiest dessert in the world

Gooseberries are suitable for both sweet and savory dishes. Brought to Finland in the 17th century, the gooseberry spread in home gardens until the beginning of the 20th century. Then Härmä hit the bushes and they disappeared. Since then, a new healthy strain of gooseberry was brought to Finland, but according to women in agriculture and home economics, it has been overshadowed by other garden berries. – Gooseberry is in a class of its own, says MKN Etelä-Savo’s food expert Katja Rissanen in a press release.
