The Helsinki Court of Appeal relieved The perfect Russian women in Finland in the program Sofia KazakoviN, 49, previous judgment.
Kazakov’s former judgment was given to the Helsinki District Court in 2021.
The Court of Appeal dismissed Kazakov’s earlier sentence for disseminating information that violates private life, but held a conviction for a secrecy offense. Kazakov was sentenced to 30 daily fines, or a total of EUR 180.
In the background, there was a dispute over the publication of the client’s images in the marketing of the aesthetic medical clinic. The District Court considered that Kazakov broke his confidentiality obligation when published a customer’s image on Facebook and publicly commented on patient information to be kept by the client’s secret.
The Court of Appeal considered that Kazakov violated the obligation of confidentiality, but his activities did not violate the customer’s private life. Therefore, he was released from the payment of € 500 to the opposite.
However, he or she is ordered to pay the client’s legal costs in the Court of Appeal of approximately EUR 3,000.
The Court of Appeal considered Kazakov’s activities unprofessional and inappropriate. The judgment of the dissemination of information that violates private life was dismissed, as the Court of Appeal considered that the customer had already highlighted the factors shown in his own Facebook publication. As a result, Kazakov’s picture had already lost its private nature.
The Court of Appeal’s judgment is not final.
In 2023, Kazakov was in the parliamentary elections as a candidate for the People in the Helsinki constituency. However, he was not elected.
At that time, Kazakov said he was 35 in both Helsingin Sanomat and Ilta-Sanomat’s election machines, although he was 47 years old at the time. He commented on Iltalehti and said that it was not about lying. He said he knew himself at the age.
– I identified myself in my transition. I have no gender or age. And not to be a transfoobic, Kazakov said.
Kazakov appeared in the Finnish Full Russian Women’s TV series in recent years. At the same time, she told Iltalehti that she did not feel like she was a woman. He also said he did not experience himself Russian.
– I’m pulling this line now, Kazakov commented in 2023.
According to Kazakov, his mother is Ukrainian and his father Ingrian Finnish from Russian Karelia. According to Kazakov, he was brought to the TV show by lying that the name of the series would be an entrepreneurial woman in Finland.
