In addition to poetry, Meermens is also a musician, comedian and painter. His latest album will be released soon, while he is simultaneously working on his painting. “I always try to navigate between laughter and tears. This applies to everything, from my music to my paintings,” says Bram.
Today he celebrates his 33rd birthday and writes his 3,653rd poem. But stop? He doesn’t think about that. “You have to be a bit crazy to do that every day. Crazy,” he laughs.
