A new stage of commercialization of Tres Pinos Villa de Campo began

After the success of sales, another 386 were added to the initial 500 hectares, which is why this sustainable development has already become a mega-development with unique characteristics in the West Zone. Tres Pinos is located in General Rodriguez, with access on Highway 6 – 10 km away from the West Access-, less than 45 minutes from CABA. The development deploys a comprehensive sustainability and energy autonomy plan with an impact on environmental emissions, construction and maintenance costs, as well as access to housing.

The project recently expanded to 836 hectares and went from 7 to 12 gated communities. 4 neighborhoods have already been delivered, the fifth neighborhood will be delivered by the end of 2023. Regarding the sale of lots, it is an excellent investment opportunity, currently 2 neighborhoods are 100% sold and in the pre-sale there is the possibility of acquiring a lot of 1,000m2 from 18,000 USD in cash. The developer also offers advance financing plans and fixed installments.

The Confectionery – which is the renovated old town – will be inaugurated shortly and will include a coworking space with fiber optics. A commercial sector and extensive sports areas have been planned that will include spaces for various activities, among which the following stand out: tennis, paddle tennis, soccer, polo grounds, jumping, and golf. Likewise, the lagoons will have a dock and a beach for non-motorized water sports. The future Nikola Tesla College that will be part of the development will have a technological, digital and artistic focus.

Tres Pinos Villa de Campo has laid the foundations for sustainable development in a natural environment, combining renewable energy and connectivity, expanding our value proposition that achieves a balance between residential, commercial, and the comforts of urban life, such as schools, lagoons and wide green and recreational spaces.
