Nationalists in Group A; Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Serbia and Czechia will meet in group matches. Moon-Stars, Latvia from the host countries in the first match will face.
In the tournament, Latvia (Riga), Finland (Tampere), Greek Cypriot Greek Section (Limassol) and Poland (Katovice) will be played in Riga, the capital of Latvia.
The first 4 teams in their groups will be entitled to rise to the last 16 rounds. These tour matches will be played on September 6-7.
