The fire broke out this afternoon around 5.35 pm on E. Van Slogterenlaan.
The safety region advises local residents who are bothered by smoke development to keep windows and doors closed and to turn off mechanical ventilation.
It is still unclear how the fire started. The damage to the caravan is extensive, part of the building is blackened and windows are broken.
