The Copenhagen Fashion Week started the new season spring/summer 2026 and already brings a breath of fresh air from the north to the European modeling company on the first day. A light breeze with negligee and flowing fabrics meets a strong gust of sporting elegance.

The brands Opérasport, Bonnetje and Forza Collective show how new energy is obtained from these two wind directions.

Awa Malina Stelter and Stephanie Gundelach bring the nightgown to the pool. The opérasport makers send the models to the catwalk between a slide and blue tiled floor tiles.

Coral-like ruffles details, transparent and light, flowing fabrics in light tones such as a baby blue and turquoise create the image of a mermaid that came ashore. Sporty looks, including a embroidered swimsuit, also meet a casual but at the same time chic cloakroom.

Bonnetje

Bonnetje recycles old suits and puts them together in a new form. With the reuse of materials, the Copenhagen brand wants to send a sign against the throw -away company.

For the SS26 collection “Breakable” (narrow: fragile), she integrates negligés with ruffled details into this approach. The silky fabrics appear in different shapes and pieces with asymmetrical cuts and are integrated into a modern office look with different long blazers, blouses and clothes.

Forza Collective emphasizes the contrasts of flowing clothes and clipped business wear more clearly and compares them. This is followed by a long, shimmering dress with spaghetti wearers a dark, strongly waisted suit. Transparent dresses with subtle ruffles details and gaps meet shirt dresses with pleated skirt. There are striking cutouts and more revealing pieces in addition to a voluminous, highly closed trench coat. In its original form, the tie runs through the collection as a bound accessory and as an independent, scarce top.

The Copenhagen Fashion Week continues until August 8th and offers a diverse program of fashion shows, presentations, events and talks. In the coming days, brands such as Han Kjøbenhavn, Henrik Vibskov, Baum and Pferdgarten, Marimekko and Rotate will show their SS26 collections.
