The debut in the feature film, after shorts and documentaries, by Francesco Costabile, is the story of Rosa, a young Calabrian woman who sums up many others, told in the investigative novel by the journalist Lirio Abbate, Rebel Fimmine.

It is the portrait in strong colors of a subculture in which the family is everything, the patriarch has the right of life and death over his relatives, and where women are crushed into mechanisms that can only indulge.
A ritual, macho and ideological world in which severed pig heads are delivered (in Godfather was a horse) and in which Rosa, a rebellious woman, has been immersed since birth.

The (very) fuzzy memories of an original sin haunt her, his search for freedom, liberation from the patriarch – the uncle who had the ambition to create his own business (Ferracane, rightly scary) can only count on the tools he has at his disposal: shotgun and seduction.
