These they are, your Belgians of the Year. These people made you laugh and cry and maybe even angry. You voted more than 300,000 times in recent weeks and that is a record. Today: two Paralympians decorated with medals of honor, a 14-year-old girl whose unexpected death touched Flanders in the heart and Carmen and Jean-Marie Pfaff who went from hell – a homejacking – to heaven – a golden jubilee.
