The British Court of Justice is helping the police in the criminal investigation of ex-Prince Andrew.

The court’s announcement came shortly after British police confirmed they would investigate whether Andrew was suspected of criminal activity. Crimes concern issues related to breach of official duty and breach of official secrets.

The background is Andrew’s close contact with Jeffrey Epstein, convicted of sex crimes. Andrew is suspected of sharing private information with Epstein.

According to the release, Charles is “very worried”, and that Hovi supports the police in all possible investigations.

The US Department of Justice has recently released documents that show the couple were longtime friends with Epstein. Andrew has since publicly apologized for his association with Epstein, but has denied any wrongdoing.

Andrew lost his title in November because of the Epstein connections. Andrew’s brother King Charles stripped his brother of his titles, titles and honours. Andrew is now known publicly as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
