Rob de Nijs did not go as a millionaire and he has not left his beloved Jet de Nijs with enormous capacity. How should her do? What about their house?

The 82-year-old artist has mainly published a lot in his life and the house where he lived with Jet de Nijs has not even been paid off. How dire is the situation for her now? Not a millionaire

In 2017 the singer confessed on Flemish television: “If I stop tomorrow, then I will be broke the next day. Do I have a hole in my hand? No more. I had about a million in my account at a time in my life. But then the tax passed and I no longer had that.”
Farewell tour

Jet is not left with a fat pot, says Party. “Rob did have a number of houses in his life, but did not have a happy hand with it. He did bought a beautiful house in Bennekom with Jet seven years ago, a village on the edge of the Veluwe.”
The house was purchased for 675,000 euros and there is a mortgage of 562,500 euros, according to the Weekblad. “The current value is estimated at around 1.4 million euros, so that means that, based on the purchase price, there is a nice surplus value on the retreat of 725,000 euros.”
Sell home
If Jet sells the house, then because of that surplus value, she has some more breathing space, says Party. “That could possibly cash Jet. In addition, the royalties of Rob’s songs naturally bring money in the draw.”
“All in all, Jet will not have been left in poverty and that is, fortunately, Rob’s last wish has come true.”
