Gerard Joling’s soap started and what a contrast with Gordon’s. Where the series with Goor especially radiated a lot of loneliness, Geer surrounds himself with a whole arsenal of friends and family. Last minute
In the first episode we see Geer traveling to the big 50-year wedding party of his sister Gerdi and his brother-in-law Sjoerd, but before arrival-Geer is still eating with his brother Willem-he gets a phone call: the party goes last minute Not through. What turns out? Brother -in -law Sjoerd does not feel completely well.
Painfully enough, various guests have already arrived in the hired party room and sister Gerdi also just came, but without her husband. His brother -in -law Sjoerd should have done more to let the party continue, says Gerard. “Then I think: be a bit of a guy and make sure you get a syringe in your flicker and that you feel your own good.”

Gerard: “I can’t imagine it.”

Oops, a tough sneer at the address of brother -in -law Sjoerd. How does the rest of the family look at this? Family criticism without a reply on national television: this simply cannot fall well with those involved.
