FC Emmen seizes period title and lead, FC Eindhoven lets the long-awaited party slip away

Not FC Eindhoven but FC Emmen is period champion in the Kitchen Champion Division. FC Eindhoven failed to take a period for the first time since 2016 with a 1-1 draw against ADO Den Haag while FC Emmen wiped out leader FC Volendam (4-1). With this, Dick Lukkien’s team not only became period champion, but FC Emmen also took over the first place in the overall ranking.
