The source of the strange scent that hung in parts of the country around midnight has not yet been found. Reports of odor nuisance came from the Utrecht, Zuid-Holland Zuid, Rotterdam-Rijnmond, Zeeland and Central and West Brabant regions. The odor nuisance seems to be over on Tuesday morning, some safety regions report.
