Grauwe new version of musical Elisabeth impresses on many fronts, but hardly moves

The new Dutch version of Hit Musical Elisabeth is in many ways different from the countless predecessors. The lead role is now shared by two actresses – Pia Douwes only takes care of the second half of the piece. And the story about the Austrian cuddle empresser is completely stripped of all glitter and glamor.
