An outright drama for Marije Knevel: Andries Knevel’s daughter had her eyes laser, but that failed. One eye does not see sharp and she was injured in the other.
Marije Knevel was really lyrical about it: the eye laser treatment she would undergo. She was not talking about it in her Instagramstoriesshe had such a sentence in it. Well, it must have been a sponsorship, because after the treatment we suddenly heard nothing from d’r. Why not? That treatment really failed.
Serious eye damage
It is now going very badly with Marije’s eyes. “I have never actually answered the most frequently asked question and that is: how is your eyes now?” Instagram. “That is a bit stupid of mine. I took you completely in the front and after that I actually didn’t go into it very much anymore.”
Why not? Is not allowed by the sponsor? She walks on her toes: “Well, that has everything to do with my experience that I don’t really want to share extensively, because I don’t want to discourage anyone again. I am not a medical expert either, so I don’t want to take on the advisory role and keep it close to myself.”
Bubble in eyes
One of Marije’s eyes looks really bloody. And the eye that went well? “I see that a little less. It is not as sharp as when I had lenses,” she says. “I now also feel some bubbles in my eyes, as if there is a kind of bubble blowing in it. So I have a contact with them about that, but I have faith.”
What exactly went wrong? Marije does not want to say that for business considerations. “We didn’t talk about the day I was helped. We ignore it for a moment.”
Sunglasses
Marije can hardly go outside. “Of course it is super nice again. And therefore very light,” she says. And work? That is no longer possible. “I am just tired, I am broken. I also have to deal with the experience. So I think that if it just goes smoothly, you get a little less a blow than I have received.”
“Now I have also been a full day with my eyes close at home. In the dark. Because I just notice that I am really very tired. (…) I do have an optater in terms of energy.”
