On the way to the Abitur, Nathalie Armbruster fetches the overall World Cup. Her life has changed – so she now also shares private.
For Nathalie Armbruster, things are currently going well – and in several ways. The freshly baked overall World Cup winner in the Nordic combination not only has sporting success, but is also happy privately. After her triumph at the Holmenkollen in Oslo last weekend, the 19-year-old said: “I’m so happy. It’s still unreal.”
But the joy was not only their sporting success. Immediately afterwards, crossbowers turned to the people who particularly support them: “I want to thank my family and my boyfriend. Tomorrow I will hold this ball in my hands, wow.” With the friend mentioned she said Nico Zarucchi, a 21-year-old combiner from Switzerland.
The Swiss winter athlete not only accompanies her through life, but apparently also follows her on the competition routes. A few weeks ago, the couple shared a common series of pictures on Instagram. To see on it: crossbowers and Zarucchi, laughing, intimate and familiar on the edge of a competition route.
“We are our biggest fans and supporters. I couldn’t be more grateful for you,” it said among the pictures. Armbruster’s mother Susanne commented on the article with the words: “You don’t need much in life. Only the right people by your side. And if you still inspire each other …”
In addition to sport and love, the 19-year-old is currently also demanded by everyday school life. The crossbow is right in front of her Abitur exams. “Studies are coming up again next week. I am happy when I also have a hook on the Abitur,” the candidate revealed to a one-person high school diploma at RTL.
