Alexander Zverev made a promising start to the Tennis year 2025 at the Australian Open 2025. The German number one moved into the final quite impressively, but was then boiled down by the world ranking Jannik Sinner from Italy Down Under in three sets. The third defeat in the third Grand Slam final of his career was apparently a real goal. Since Melbourne, hardly anything has been going on at Zverev, the hoped -for attack on the world rankings threatens to deteriorate in an impossible mission.
