The man entered the office around 2.30 pm. He was topped with gasoline and threatened to set himself on fire. It didn’t get that far. Police and emergency services arrived and eventually the man did not carry out his threat.
What the man inspired is not clear at the moment. He was taken to the police station for interrogation.
