Christel in trouble because Storm Laurence trail of Chaos draws in Malaga: ‘Drama for third time in a half year’

In the Spanish province of Malaga, rivers have entered outside their banks as a result of Storm Laurence. There were countless accidents on the roads. A woman was trapped in her car. A number of Dutch people in the region also got into trouble, after more than 100 liters of water fell per square meter in the past hours in different parts of the Serranía de Ronda, Costa del Sol and the Guadalhorce Valley.
