Turkish Football Federation (TFF) announced disciplinary referrals dated 18.03.2025.
Besiktas and Fenerbahce, ugly cheer/field events were referred to; Galatasaray ugly cheer and Trabzonspor ugly cheering/instructions were referred to PFDK due to the movement.

The referral reports made by the Legal Counsel on 18.03.2025 to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board are given below.
1- Galatasaray A.Ş. Galatasaray A.Ş.-Onvo Antalyaspor Trendyol Super League Shamil Ekinci season played on 14.03.2025 of the club was decided to refer to PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction due to the “ugly and bad cheer”.
2- Gaziantep Football Club A.Ş. Gaziantep Football Club A.Ş.-Bellona Kayserispor Super League Shamil Ekinci season was played on 15.03.2025 of the Club.
3- Tümosan Konyaspor Club played on 15.03.2025 Tümosan Konyaspor-Beşiktaş A.Ş. Trendyol Super League Shamil Ekinci Season Season “Ugly and bad cheer” due to Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction and “field events” due to Article 52 of the Disciplinary Instruction to PFDK’ya referred to PFDK,
Tümosan Konyaspor Club footballer Melih Bostan’s “non -ruled movement” in the same competition due to Article 43 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction in accordance with 16.03.2025 was decided to be sent to PFDK as a cautious.
4- Beşiktaş A.Ş. Tümosan Konyaspor-Beşiktaş A.Ş. Trendyol Super League Shamil Ekinci Season Season “Ugly and bad cheer” due to Article 53 of the Disciplinary Instruction and “field events” due to Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction was decided to be referred to PFDK.
5- Rams Başakşehir Football Club footballer Deniz TÜRÜÇ’un Rams Başakşehir Football Club-Trabzonspor A.Ş. Trendyol Super League Shamil Ekinci season in the competition of “contrary to sportsmanship” due to Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction in accordance with 19.03.2025 was decided to be referred to PFDK as a cautious.
6- Trabzonspor A.Ş. Rams Başakşehir Football Club-Trabzonspor A.Ş. Trendyol Super League Shamil Ekinci season competition “ugly and bad cheer” due to Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction and “contrary to instructions” due to the 46th article of Football Disciplinary Instruction and 2024-2025 Season Super League competitions status of the 6/5 and EK-1 Articles.
7- Çaykur Rizespor A.Ş. Club Administrator Muhittin Sandıkçı’nın Çaykur Rizespor A.Ş.-Sipay Bodrum FK Trendyol Super League Super League Shamil Ekinci season was played on 16.03.2025. In accordance with Article 36, it was decided to be referred to PFDK as of 18.03.2025.
8- Atakaş Hatayspor Club Footballer Francısco Javıer Calvo Quesada’s Atakaş Hatayspor -net Global Sivasspor Trendyol Super League SUPER LIGHT SUPER LEAGUE SUPER LEAGUE SUPER EKİNE given.
9- Göztepe A.Ş.-iikas Eyüpspor Trendyol Super League Shamil Ekinci season competition played on 16.03.2025 of the technical responsible of İkas Eyüpspor Club Technical Club.
10- Fenerbahçe A.Ş. Fenerbahce A.Ş.-Reeder Samsunspor Trendyol Super League Shamil Ekinci season, played on 16.03.2025 of the Club, was referred to PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction due to the “ugly and bad cheer” and “field events”.
11- Reeder Samsunspor Club played on 16.03.2025 Fenerbahce Inc.-Reeder Samsunspor Trendyol Super League Shamil Ekinci season competition “field events” due to the 52th article of the Football Disciplinary Instruction was decided to be referred to PFDK.
12- Galatasaray A.Ş. Club Administrator Eray Yazgan on 17.03.2025 in the statements made by members of the press “explanations to damage the reputation of football” due to Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instruction was decided to be referred to PFDK.
