Amsterdam – Just like politicians, car buyers and journalists, real estate agents are not very confident. A poll by Vereniging Eigen Huis among members shows that only 34% trust that brokers are honest and reliable in their work. The interest group therefore asks Minister Mona Keijzer (public housing) to make a standard bidding book mandatory. There has been an obligation to keep a bid log book since 2023, but that scheme is performed differently by the various branch organizations of real estate agents.
