Fake roof decker caught
A separate story from 2021. Then a fake roof decker was active in Zoetermeer. The man, who later turned out to be scammer Roy S., acted as a handyman and told people that something had to be done on their roof. Then he left with their money.
The daughter -in -law of one of the victims went to investigate and comes into contact with countless other victims. Together they know the fake roof to detect and deliver to the police. A fine example of research!
Roy S. appears to have been stuck for scams more often and was even discussed in the TV program Scammed.
