These say sources that are familiar with the issue and an internal memo that Reuters news agency has seen. The memo mentions a total of 41 countries divided into three separate groups. The first group of ten countries, including Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Cuba and North Korea, would be given a full visa ban.
