The number of reports of assault and rape after spiking in West Flanders has almost doubled over the past six years. This is according to figures that Federal MP Franky Demon (CD&V) requested. Spiking is the administration of drugs, medication or alcohol to a person without knowing it, often through a drink while going out. CD&V wants to stop this phenomenon.
