Russia warns: “Increasing defense spending in the EU entails the risk of more war”

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Thursday that the plans of the European Union to increase defense spending entails the risk of more war. The European Parliament yesterday called on the European Commission to invest more in Defense, and asked behind “groundbreaking efforts comparable to those required in times of war”.
