Ladenburg, March 12, 2025 -Heidelberg Pharma AG (FWB: HPA), a biotech company in the clinical phase that developed innovative antibody-active ingredients (ADCS), and Healthcare Royalty (HCRX) today announced that they have signed a change to the original license agreement in March 2024.

The financing agreement from March 2024 and the current change affect the partially Monetarization the future license fees of Heidelberg Pharma from the global sales of TLX250-CDX, a radiopharmaceutical imaging process for the diagnosis and characterization of clear cell cancer using positron emission tomography (PET).

The most important conditions of the changed agreement between Heidelberg Pharma and HCRX are as follows:

TLX250-CDX is a radioactive form of the girentuximab antibody that binds to the tumor-specific antigen CAIX on clear-cell kidney cell carcinomas.
