A high -ranking official of the city of Nieuwpoort is in prison on suspicion of voyeurism. SD (45) secretly filmed his colleagues at work, in the town hall. But he also did that in his own environment. Striking: everything came to light after he installed a hidden camera as a ‘cooking parent’ during a summer camp of the local scouts group in the showers of the leadership. When the investigators went to watch his work computer, they found more videos. Among others of the camp the year before. “He is broken and dead,” says his lawyer.
