The judges justified their decision by the fact that the major dispute between the club and capital side on the Supervisory Board of the Second League team did not have to solve a court.

For months, the representatives of the Mother Association Hannover 96 EV and the outsourced professional football company Hannover 96 GmbH & Co. KGAA have not been able to agree on a new managing director for the professional football area. Now the time is urging because the second division club has to submit its license application for the coming season by March 17 and will need a managing director for this. The capital side around the long-time managing director, majority shareholder and current Supervisory Board boss Martin Kind had submitted the application for the appointment of an emergency manager.

In the meantime, however, an agreement is facing an agreement in the eternal dispute between the club and capital: After that, the previous sports director Marcus Mann is to be promoted to sports manager and the former marketing director of Hamburger SV, Henning Bindzus, is appointed finance manager. “I hope that this will be realized promptly,” confirmed child on Monday. Mann had signaled to sign at Maschsee until 2029 under certain conditions.
