Metakids director looks back on Serious Request adventure in disbelief: ‘That deterioration in children is dramatic’

Two months after 3FM Serious Request, in which more than € 12.5 million was collected for Metakids, director Jan-Matthijs van Eendenburg (58) still looks back on ‘the tsunami that has been rolled over us’. With the radio festival, he has brought in the highest attainable for his charity, now it is important to reap the nasleep of it as many fruits as possible.
