The draw of the championship was held at the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center in Athens, the capital of Greece. Türkiye Basketball Federation (TBF) Sports Director Alper YILMAZ and A National Women’s Basketball Team Administrative Manager Yasemin Khorasan represented Yasemin Khorasan.
The moon-star team entered the draw from the second bag, match with Greece in Group A, as well as France and Switzerland.
This year will be held for the 40th time in the European Championship will take place in 16 countries. The championship will be held on June 18-29, hosted by Hamburg of Germany, Czechia, Brno of Czech, Bologna in Italy and Piraeus cities of Greece.

2025 Women’s European Basketball Championship groups are as follows:
Group A: Greece, Türkiye, France, Switzerland
Group B: Slovenia, Serbia, Italy, Lithuania
Group C: Belgium, Czechia, Montenegro, Portugal
Group D: Great Britain, Germany, Sweden, Spain
Championship format
A total of 16 countries will take place in the championship teams, four groups of four will compete.
Groups entering the first 2 teams, the quarter -finalist will be. Group A matches will be played in Piraeus, B group matches Bologna, Group C matches BRNO and Group D will be played in Hamburg.
As of the quarter -finals, the matches will be held at the Peace and Friendship Hall in Piraeus, Greece. The quarter-finals will be held on June 24-25, semifinals will be held on June 27, and the final will be held on 28 June.
