The city of Ostend evaluates the Zone 30 rules and is considering raising the speed in certain streets to 50 km/h. This is done on the basis of measurements and adjustments to the road infrastructure, with the aim of improving road safety. The Zilverlaan and Stuiverstraat are the first streets that are being viewed.
