In the Viennese district of Brigettenau, a 17-year-old disabled girl in a basement would have been raped by two teenagers aged 14 and 16 on Tuesday afternoon. They approached their victim on the street and lured her in the fall by offering a warm place. Then the two attacked the girl. At the time of the facts, the girl was under the influence of medicines.
