The textile group SCORETEX GmbH based in Franconian Ottensoos announced personnel changes in his management team on Tuesday.

The parent company of Sportswear brands such as Joy, Venice Beach and Stryve announced that Marco Hoffmeyer will enter the company on March 1 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In the future, he will “be responsible for the areas of procurement, logistics, commercial operations, customer service, HR, IT and finance,” explained Scoretex.

According to the group, Hoffmeyer has “longstanding expertise in the consumer goods and fashion sector” in companies and at the advisory level. Most recently, he held the post of the COOS at Brandit Textil GmbH, before that he worked for About You and the Holy Fashion Group.

Reiner Unkel, who has been running ScoreTex as a CEO since September 2020, will now also take on the role of the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) as part of the restructuring. His area of ​​responsibility now includes sales, export, product management, marketing, PR, social media, trademark law, licenses and e-commerce. The sales teams under the direction of Sales Director Marcel Fleer will report directly to Unkel in the future.

Bernhard Helfrich, who previously belonged as CSO of the management, had left the company, said ScoreTex. From March 1st, the new management consists of Reiner Unkel and Marco Hoffmeyer and Dirk Singer as representative of the parent company Melchers Group.
