Pernilla Böckerman posted a brutal honest video on her Instagram account.
In the video, he tries for the first time in weight lifting, but lifting fails time and time again.
– Everyone starts somewhere, Böckerman writes.

The athlete who recently invested in rowing is now going to take weight lifting as a permanent part of his training program.
However, Böckerman’s former career as a fitness competitor has left him a habit that is harmful for weight lifting.
His way of raising the rod from the ground is not suitable for weight lifting.
– The butt is upright! Note that there has been a lot of drainage of the straight legs, but now you should get rid of that idea, Böckerman says.
