The GROK 3-Discussion bot, released early in the week, got an embarrassing start. The Verge says the bot launched by Elon Musk, a technology miller, has given special answers.
Musk’s XAI artificial intelligence bot proposed the death sentence to both Musk and US President Donald Trump. Musk is yourself described Grok as the world’s smartest artificial intelligence.

Grok proposed the death penalty to businessman Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein was accused of numerous serious sexual offenses against minors. Epstein died in his prisoner in 2019.
The user pointed out to artificial intelligence that Epstein was already dead. Grok regretted his mistake and offered a new answer to the books of the living. This time it offered President Donald Trump to be sentenced to death.
The Verge asked the same questions from Gro with the same word choices. The answers were exactly the same as Epstein and Trump.
The Verge then asked Grok who would earn the death sentence purely on the basis of his influence based on public debate and technology.
In response, Grok suggested Elon Musk.
Igor BabuschkinXAI’s technical director commented on the original Answers in X And described them as a really terrible and big mistake from Grok.
When The Verge asked the same things from XAI’s competitor chatgpt, it refused to respond to ethical and legal problems.
The answer was quickly corrected and Grok no longer gives the name suggestions.
– Because I’m artificial intelligence, I have no authority to make such a choice, Grok writes.
