A train rammed a car on the track on Daalakkersweg in Eindhoven on Friday evening. The car was dragged by the train for quite a few meters. A person died in the collision. The train operator was not injured. Rescuers saw a dog sitting in the back seat that looked shocked around him.

The havoc on the track is great. There are fragments of the car everywhere. The car itself is badly damaged and dented, the train was also damaged at the collision.

The police, fire brigade and ambulance staff are on the site of the collision. The train operator was not injured, but was very shocked by the collision.

There were no travelers on the train. There is no train traffic between Eindhoven and Venlo until half past one at night due to the collision.
