A sex toy in the cabin? Hoffenheim coach Christian Ilzer is said to have tried to motivate his team. Now he moved into a position.
Ilzer now reacted to the reporting with clear criticism. The Austrian described the report as “completely” from the context. He also spoke of a “completely ridiculous story”. He left open whether he actually used the sex toy. However, he emphasized that he was concerned with purely football -specific messages for which he used symbols: “It doesn’t work if you only go the smooth, leaked paths.”
The Hoffenheim coach also took the opportunity to complain about the lack of unity in the club. There are forces that are not loyal to the team. “This report also shows why we don’t get off the spot as quickly as we might imagine,” said Ilzer. Internal must remain internally to be successful.
