American woman sues fertility clinic after incorrect embryo implantation: “My child has taken from me”

A 38-year-old American woman sues a fertility clinic after she accidentally implanted a wrong embryo with her. After the birth, she discovered that her baby had a different skin color than she and her sperm donor. As a result, the biological parents of the baby demanded custody. In this way the woman became involuntarily a surrogate mother.
