Pingproperties, owner of the Passage, will this year rent the small vacant retail spaces to artisan entrepreneurs with a bakery, coffee corner, butcher, lunchroom, fishmonger or vegetable store. Those are the plans, but the news below are final:
- A tobacco specialist store opens in mid -May at the former place of Goudsmit Atelier Gregor.
- Jamin is closed from Monday 3 to Thursday 27 March due to a renovation. A more spacious store will open there from March 28.
- Intertoys moves to the former building of Bristol. An extra large one of more than 1,000 square meters will open on Saturday 8 March
- Goudsmit Atelier Gregor has moved to a temporary location. This is in the former building of clothing boutique Studio C. (Luxemburglaan 160).
- Gift shop Expo is closed. The vacant building is now used as a temporary building site for contractors and construction employees.
- In the coming weeks, the contractor will be busy with the adjustment of facades, painting and new, sustainable lighting.
