Peter Gillis does not have to testify in the case that his ex Nicol Kremers brought against him. That is what the Den Bosch court decided on Monday. With the witness hearing, Kremers wanted to prove that she was forced to sign an agreement with a confidentiality obligation after her ex-partner mistreated her.
