A man died in a stabbing in Gilze. The violence took place around half past five in a house on Pastoor Conincxstraat. Agents have arrested a suspect, the police said.
Ambulance personnel helped the victim, but that turned out to be in vain.
According to local residents, it would be a somewhat older man. He would not be the resident of the house where the stabbing was.
The victim had a new girlfriend for some time. The son of this woman would have been arrested as a suspect.
The police are investigating and have started a tracking dog. Due to the current investigation, the police spokesperson does not want to share any further information.
