The Jewish Francisca Cohen (12) from Groningen wrote a rhyme in a pussy album of a girlfriend on 28 August 1942. She was murdered with her mother, brother and three sisters on January 14, 1943 in Auschwitz. It is just one of the stories that will be told during the exhibition ‘War nearby’ in the Akerk.
