BVB like in the frenzy: Dortmund dismantled Sporting

Borussia Dortmund did not offer too much in the Champions League playoff against Sporting Lisbon for 45 minutes. Thanks to an enormous increase, BVB then earned a very good starting position for the second leg and won 3-0 (0-0) away.

Serhou Guirassy (60th minute) took the lead for the Bundesliga club, Pascal Groß increased (67th), Karim Adeyemi got the final score (82nd), who again improved the Dortmund chances of moving into the round of 16.

There would be either Aston Villa or Lille OSC Waiting for Borussia, the encounters will be drawn on February 21.

Dortmund’s coach Kovac: “Fantastic game”

BVB starts without Anton, Sporting without Gyökeres

In his starting eleven after the failure of Ramy Bensebaini, Kovac put Daniel Svensson left behind, and Waldemar Anton also rotated on the bench after his used day against VfB Stuttgart. For him, Nico Schlotterbeck, which was recently blocked in the league, defended next to Emre Can.

Two great flanks – two Dortmund goals

Dortmund now had more intensity against the ball, Emre Can won an important running duel against Gyöker with all his physique and Schlotterbeck was almost always the end of the Portuguese attempted attack.
