Almost 200 ‘Men of Eer’ arrested at the largest anti-mafia operation since the 1980s

During a massive operation against the Sicilian Mafia Cosa Nostra, a total of 183 people were arrested between Monday and Tuesday in the extreme early in the province of the Sicilian capital Palermo who are suspected of participating in the Mafia. More than 1,200 Carabinieri were deployed during the operation. It was the largest anti-mafia operation since 1984.
