The police have again arrested another man on suspicion of involvement in the kidnapping of a 24-year-old Bredanaar, early February. It is a 25-year-old man from Breda. It is the fourth man who was arrested in this case.
With this arrest, the police and the judiciary hope to have taken an important step to stop conflict and further escalation. “
A 24-year-old man from Zundert, who was previously arrested and was brought before the examining magistrate on Thursday, will remain in jail for at least 14 days.
The victim was abducted around midnight last Friday from a parking space on the Dr. Schaepmanlaan in his hometown. The Bredanaar and the suspects are probably acquaintances of each other.
A day later the man reported again. He was unharmed.
Previous arrests
The other two previously arrested suspects (from 26 and 37 years from Breda) will be brought before Monday. The traveler’s commissioner decides whether they should be held.
