Then it was time for the starter, made by self -proclaimed stew king Michel Rekers: a frikandel made of kale. The listeners enjoy it. “He is delicious,” says a lady. Another adds: “A good variant of the frikandel special.” The main course, the ‘normal’ kale stew, is also appreciated by NH Radio presenter Bart Slim.
Listener Marjan really enjoyed the evening. “It was so cozy, it is as if I ended up in a warm bath. We had a delicious meal and with all regional products.” According to reporter De Groot, that deserves a big compliment.
