With Lena Dürr and Linus Straßer, the German Ski Association has two promising medal candidates at the Alpine Ski World Cup (4th to 16th February 2025). Regardless of the opportunities of the German athletes, the award ceremonies at World Championships are always highly emotional moments – for active people and fans.
BR24Sport broadcasts the award ceremonies of the alpine ski World Cup from Medal Plaza on the fan mile in Saalbach-Hinterglemm in the live stream. The procedure takes place in the evening after the race at 6.30 p.m. The medals are only distributed directly after the end of the race on the final day of the World Cup. The moderation will take over our commentators Bernd Schmelzer (men) and Tobias Barnerssoi (women) in the first week, in the second our commentators Andre Siems and Erich Wartusch.
