In the name of K-rauta, emails have been sent to the recipient promised prizes or the ability to redeem a particular product. According to K-Rauta, such offers are scams and have nothing to do with the hardware store chain.
K-Rauta warns of messages on their website.

K-Rauta recalls that its electronic customer letters come from [email protected].
The company’s name has also been used to scams on social media.
