5:27 p.m. – Aymen Barkok from Mainz 05 may soon be running in Königsblau. As the TV broadcaster Sky reports in the late afternoon, the Moroccan midfielder should switch to second division Schalke 04. The 26-year-old is already at the medical check. Barkok was recently left in Mainz and only comes to four missions in the current season. Since the end of September, the Frankfurt native has not been on the pitch for the “zero five”.
4:48 p.m. – The transfer by Nico González from FC Porto to Manchester City is about to end. According to “The Athletic”, the Spaniard is already at the medical check, should cost around 60 million euros. The “Skyblues” make use of an exit clause, it is said.
González is not the first winter transfer. City has invested more than 150 million euros since the beginning of January, including central defender Vitor Reis (Palmeiras) and Abdukodir Khusanov (RC Lens) and striker Omar Marmoush (Eintracht Frankfurt). With González, City is around 220 million euros in transfer expenses in winter.
4:28 p.m.-Carney Chukwuemeka is to be the next BVB newcomer. The central midfielder is to be borrowed from Chelsea FC. The “Ruhrnachrichten” caught the desired player at the medical check in Dortmund. In the near future, the deal should then be officially.
3:58 p.m. – You could think that nothing would happen at Eintracht Frankfurt. But as the French sports newspaper “L’équipe” reports, the Hesse should work on a loan of Michy Bathshuayi. The Belgian transfer journalist Sacha Tavoli even speaks of a firm change.
Bathshuayi is currently under contract with Galatasaray in Istanbul. Until 8 p.m., Eintracht would have time to make the deal fixed. Bundesliga fans is well known from the 31-year-old Belgian from his half a year in Dortmund when he scored seven goals in ten missions in the second half of the 2017/18 season.
3:01 p.m.-NOT NOT: Ragnar Ache was on Deadline-Day shortly before moving to Como in 1907 to series A. According to the “Bild”, the FCK and the Italian club had already had a transfer fee of eight million euros Plus bonuses agreed (see entry at 9:54 a.m.). Ache himself had approved a contract until 2028.
But the transfer failed at the last minute – apparently due to the high financial demands of the consultants. With his switch to Werder Bremen for five million euros, Miroslav Klose remains the most expensive departure in club history for five million euros. Ache is now supposed to help Kaiserslautern in the promotion struggle. However, one exit is certain: Dickson Abiama changes to 1860 Munich.
